Managing the Marriage…
Yeah, that’s the first part of the tagline for this site. It’s been a long, long journey to get this far. At times it’s been annoying, but mostly it’s been very gratifying. What is it I’m referring to?
I guess some, if not many, people get a chance to be blessed with a lasting passion in their lives. I have a suspicion though that most people never get to stand near the heat, let alone next to the flame.
In my case, I’ve been graced with two passions: 1) Music and 2) Anything related to the field of IT. –Love ‘em both! Yeah, blessed!!
Oddly enough, this has not always been my attitude. In fact, there was a time when I considered balancing the twins in my life to be a hassle. It was like I didn’t know which to favor. One area of my life would take over the other and one of my passions—either the Music or the Science—would go wanting for days, weeks, months, even years at a time. I guess over time the wine has matured and now I feel I’ve gotten the hang of alternating my activities between these two poles. In fact, there are certain aspects of each that share a resemblance; each shares an element of Art and Creativity.
This site is designed to share my thoughts and the results of my interests regarding both passions. I hope you find things of common usefulness here. Please, feel free to leave your comments for me, strewn among the pages here. I would appreciate that, and thanks in advance for your suggestions.
